Jelly Taka's Terms & Conditions

Jelly Taka (jellytaka.app) is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between Jelly Taka and the user ("you" or "member").

One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household, device, or IP address. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and all funds being forfeited.

KYC Verification

Jelly Taka may request identity verification documents at any time — such as a national ID card, passport, or bank statement. Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.

Jelly Taka supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500.

Processing Time

• Deposit: Usually instant — 5 minutes maximum
• Withdrawal (Mobile Banking): 3–15 minutes
• Withdrawal (Bank Transfer): 1–3 business days

Withdrawal conditions

Your KYC verification must be complete before you can withdraw. Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements.

Jelly Taka never makes payments to third-party accounts — withdrawals are always processed to the same method and the same account holder used for the deposit.

General bonus policy

• Welcome bonus applies to first deposit only
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn as cash
• Withdrawing before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus being forfeited
• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once may result in account suspension
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled
• If a bet is accepted at an incorrect odds due to a system error, Jelly Taka reserves the right to void it
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules
• Any bet found to involve match-fixing or fraud will be voided
• Network delays during live betting may cause a slight delay in bet confirmation

Maximum Payout Limit

Maximum payout per single bet is capped. For Sports Betting, the maximum payout per slip is ৳5,00,000. Casino game payout limits vary by game — see each game's info page for details.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jelly Taka. Any violation will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers
• Operating an account under someone else's name or using another person's details
• Use of betting bots or automated software
• Exploiting odds errors for personal gain (Arbitrage)
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Attempts to hack or breach the platform's security systems
• Fraudulent or deceptive conduct toward other members

Jelly Taka reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason — particularly in the following cases:

• Violations of these Terms and Conditions
• In cases of suspected fraud or deception
• Failure to submit KYC documents
• Account inactive for an extended period (12 months)
• Upon order of a court or regulatory authority

You may close your account at any time by emailing support@jellytaka.app. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be refunded after verification.

• Bets lost due to your internet connection being disconnected
• Issues with your own device or software
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment processors
• Financial losses resulting from your betting decisions
• Unexpected technical issues or server downtime

Jelly Taka reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or an in-platform notification.
